These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter « T&C ») govern access to and use of services provided by Clemaos Ltd as well as the rights and obligations of users.

Acceptance of Terms

Subscription to and use of the services implies unconditional acceptance of these T&C. By registering, you agree to comply with the rules established by Clemaos Ltd.

Subscription and Payment

Clemaos Ltd offers a 30-day monthly subscription (automatically renewable) and a one-time direct purchase, depending on the selected service. Payments are made through methods accepted by our payment processor (credit cards, bank transfers, etc.). The subscription renewal can be canceled at any time by sending an email to contact@clemaos.com or via the user’s member area.

Refund Policy

If you believe the services do not meet your company’s marketing needs, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription. After this period, no refunds will be granted. More informations on Refund Policy

Limitation of Liability

Clemaos Ltd provides marketing management services, website and software creation, sales funnels and training services. We are not responsible for how end clients use these tools. However, we reserve the right to deactivate any user account in case of abusive use or purposes prohibited by competent authorities.

Acceptable Use

Users agree to use our services legally and ethically. It is strictly prohibited to use the services to disseminate illegal, defamatory, obscene, or any other content contrary to applicable laws. Clemaos Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms.

Account Termination

Clemaos Ltd may suspend or terminate access to a user account without notice in case of non-compliance with these T&C, or if the user is involved in illegal or harmful activities. The user may also terminate their account at any time by sending an email to contact@clemaos.com or through their member area.

Intellectual Property

Content generated by users of our applications, including created websites, belongs to the users. However, Clemaos Ltd retains ownership of the software, codes, and non-modifiable elements of the application.

Modification of Terms

Clemaos Ltd reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Users will be informed of changes via email or notification in their member area. It is the users’ responsibility to regularly check the updated T&C.

Governing Law

These T&C are governed by British law. In case of dispute, and after failure of any amicable settlement attempt, British courts will have sole jurisdiction.

International Compliance

Clemaos Ltd complies with all applicable regulations in the United Kingdom, European Union, and United States regarding consumer protection, data privacy, and e-commerce.
